Usage charges

（1）Basic fee/Additional charge（Normal Scale Nursing care 9:00～16:00）

・5.9% of the nursing care staff treatment improvement addition (I) will be added to the above amount (basic unit price + addition).
※Regarding nursing care staff specific treatment improvement additions, we will add (basic nursing care fee + each addition) x 1.2% per month.
※Regarding support additions such as base increases for nursing care staff, we will add (basic nursing care fee + each addition) x 1.1% per month.
・Bathing addition and individual functional training addition (I) are implementation additions.

（2）Basic fee/Additional charge（Preventive nursing care day care 9:00～15:30）

（4）Regarding user charges

Contractors who are covered by long-term care insurance (those who are certified as requiring support or needing long-term care) will be required to pay the basic fee listed above (as of April 2017).
However, any charges that exceed the scope of nursing care insurance benefits will be the full responsibility of the patient.

（5）Addition Description

1. Service provision system reinforcement addition （１）: This will be added if 40% or more of the staff are staffed by certified care workers based on the full-time conversion method.
2. Additional service provision system reinforcement （２）：This will be added if the percentage of employees with 3 years or more of continuous service is 30% or more of the total number of employees.
3. Individual functional training addition: We have prepared multiple types of functional training items to support our clients’ independence and enrich their daily lives,benefits are earned by helping policyholders increase their motivation for living and by providing training tailored to their physical and mental conditions.
   Basically, all policyholders are eligible, but if you are unable to participate due to your physical condition on the day, you will not be eligible for the bonus.(Implementation addition)
   ※At our office, a full-time registered nurse will be working as a functional training instructor.
4. Nursing care staff treatment improvement addition (1):Prefectures set up a fund, and from April 2012, the grant, which used to be entirely funded by national funds, will be added to nursing care fees.
   ・Additional rate for general services: 5.9% (April 2017)
   ・Additional rate for cognitive services: 10.4%（April 2017）
