Usage charges
※The table above shows the total amount of nursing care insurance copayments, room expenses, utility expenses, common area expenses, food materials expenses, and valuables management expenses.
Other expenses such as paper pants, pads, medical expenses, hairdressing expenses, daily necessities, etc. will be your responsibility.(As of April 2017)
※Regarding the nursing care staff treatment improvement addition, we will add (basic nursing care fee + each addition) x 11.1% per month.
※Regarding the special treatment improvement addition for nursing care staff, we will add (basic nursing care fee + each addition) x 3.1% per month.
※Regarding support additions such as base increases for nursing care staff, we will add (basic nursing care fee + each addition) x 2.3% per month.

■Daily necessities will be replaced at the group home.
■Diapers and urine absorbing pads will be at your own expense. Please pay the actual cost.
■Please be sure to contact the group home office regarding any items that may be dangerous, such as knives or scissors, no matter what purpose they are used for it.
■It is possible to bring a cell phone or smartphone, but there are an increasing number of cases where problems arise depending on the cognitive ability of the person, so please contact us for consultation.
■As a general rule, no smoking is allowed.If you wish to smoke, so please contact us for consultation.
■If you are currently seeing a medical institution, please prepare a referral letter from your attending physician.
■The room is equipped with only a bed and a closet. When moving in, please prepare furniture, etc.
