The Administrative Office is located immediately after entering the main entrance of the headquarters building. There is a counter, so please feel free to contact us.

※The second and third floors of the main building and the third floor of the separate building are a Special elderly care nursing home and the first floor is a group home (Nose base).

※Please enter the nursing home through the main entrance of the main building, and enter the group home through the separate entrance. The special nursing home also has an entrance in a separate building. For procedures and inquiries, please visit the Administrative Office in the main building.

※The day service center, helper station, and home care support office are adjacent to the main building, but are in separate buildings.
