Personal information protection policy (privacy policy)

1.Based on the philosophy of respecting the personality of individuals, the Society complies with relevant laws and regulations, and handles personal information with care in all business operations.

2.The Association acquires personal information in a lawful and appropriate manner.

3.The Association will specify the purpose of use of personal information as much as possible, and will use personal information only within the scope of that purpose.

4.The Association will not provide personal information to outside parties without obtaining the consent of the person in advance, except in cases specified in advance and based on legal restrictions.

5.The Association will take appropriate measures to keep personal information accurate and to prevent leakage, loss, or damage.

6.The Association confirms that individuals have the right to request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, and suspension of use of their personal information, and will promptly respond to such requests.

7.The Society will promptly respond to any complaints regarding the handling of personal information.

8.The Association will establish an appropriate management system to protect personal information, and will strive to raise awareness of personal information protection among executives and employees.
